Backed by $56M in Series C funding, we're scaling fast-and it's an exciting time to join the team. \nAbout the Role: \nWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior Client Executive to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll manage every phase of the post-sale client lifecycle-from implementation and workflow design to data analysis, project management, and relationship building. You’ll work directly with our health insurance clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our predictive analytics solutions. \nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both client business objectives and the technical aspects of our platform, maintaining accountability for seamless implementation and successful, ongoing use of our products. \nHow you will make an impact: \nAct as the primary post-sale point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships \nLead post-sale implementation efforts by defining business needs, configuring product recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics \nAnalyze and monitor client dashboards to ensure usability and uncover insights related to model performance \nDocument all phases of project management and maintain detailed client engagement records \nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis \n Skills needed to succeed: \n5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role, supporting customers through implementation and ongoing engagement \nPrior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting background is a strong plus \nExceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills \nProven track record in project/account management \nExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel \nCustomer-first mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships \nWhat We Offer: \nA fun, team-oriented startup culture. \nGenerous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we’re building. \nUnlimited vacation days. \nFlexible schedule that supports working from home. \nFull benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid paternal leave, and more. \nAmple opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities. \nWe are an equal opportunity employer. \nSalary Range: $110,000-135,000 base salary annually. \nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity grant, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual salary offered will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as well as their experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
