We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to support a team dedicated to maintaining our critical applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience defining a vision and strategy for operational excellence in a rapid growth environment. \nHow will you make an impact: \nOversee TechOps, responsible for major IT initiatives, the internal and external helpdesks \nPartner with DevOps to deploy, maintain, and manage high availability cloud application, database, and IT infrastructure according to best practices and industry standards \nPartner with SecOps to continuously mature and implement our overall security posture \nCreate tools for system health monitoring, SLA compliance, and alerting/notification \nEstablish and maintain metrics to assess team bandwidth \nEvolve processes for incident management, escalation, and reporting \nMaintain staff coverage for SLAs and required response times \nSkills needed to succeed: \n7+ years of experience managing applications and IT infrastructure; 2+ years managing high-performing teams \nAbility to think long-term strategy while setting short-term goals \nExperience implementing effective monitoring and logging of SaaS cloud environments to ensure a secure and compliant infrastructure \nEffective communication across all functions and levels, including senior leadership, Engineering, DevOps, and Client Experience teams \nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, grow, and mentor team members \n3+ years with the majority of the tools in our tech stack: MacOS & Windows 11 administration\nJamf suite / Intune\nOkta identity management\nMicrosoft365 suite\nAtlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)\nFreshService ticket management\nTCP/IP networking \n\nWhat We Offer: \nA fun, team-oriented startup culture \nGenerous stock options, we all get to own a piece of what we're building \nUnlimited vacation days \nFlexible schedule that supports working from home \nFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more \nAmple opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities \nSalary Range: $130-155,000 base salary annually. \nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity grant, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual salary offered will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as well as their experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Compensation may grow over time through merit based increases, promotions, and company wide adjustments.
