building QAI, an AI-driven security operations platform used by 150+ organizations, including banks and other regulated businesses.\nWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can own major components of the platform from design through production, mentor other engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team.\nYou will report to the Head of Dev.\n\nWhat You'll Build\nYou will work across core parts of QAI, including:\nHigh-volume data ingestion and ETL pipelines\nKafka-based streaming systems\nAnalytical data platforms using ClickHouse and SQL\nReal-time dashboards and WebSocket services\nFastAPI backend services\nAutomated response workflows\nLLM-powered applications and AI-agent workflows\nMulti-tenant SaaS systems\nSecure, auditable systems for regulated customers\n\nWhat You'll OwnOwn major components from technical design through production.\nBreak complex requirements into deliverable pieces and provide reliable estimates.\nBuild and operate high-volume pipelines handling data from 150+ customers.\nBuild real-time dashboards using React, FastAPI and Go/WebSockets.\nBuild LLM features including retrieval, multi-step agents and output validation.\nDesign for strict customer data separation, security and auditability.\nReview code and mentor mid-level engineers.\nContribute to testing, CI/CD, observability and engineering standards.\nParticipate in production support and incident reviews for the systems you own.\nDocument technical decisions and clearly communicate trade-offs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For6+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong Python skills, with working proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go.\nHands-on experience with several of:\nKafka or similar streaming systems\nClickHouse or other analytical databases\nStrong SQL\nRedis\nFastAPI or similar Python frameworks\nReact\nGCP, AWS or Azure\nLLM-based applications\nExperience building and operating production systems.\nExperience with multi-tenant SaaS and customer data isolation.\nStrong understanding of testing, CI/CD and observability.\nClear written communication and the ability to explain technical decisions.\n\nNice to HaveCybersecurity, SIEM or security tooling experience.\nLangGraph, LangSmith, Langfuse or AI evaluation experience.\nReal-time data visualization and
