# IRL Production Internship

THE COMPANY: NYC based Experiential Marketing Agency is seeking the perfect fit for our team. We are fast paced, creatively led, high-end experiential marketing firm with clients in the spirits, fashion, film and luxury industries. THE OPPORTUNITY: Gradient is in search of a US based Production Intern starting in January 2027 to work alongside our Production Team - the team that manages and executes all of our in real life activationsand events. These positions are paid $1,500 per month and ideal for current students and recent graduates looking for experience in the field of event production, with the hope of making this your future career path. Due to the nature of the business, we have a strong preference for a minimum of six months for the internship. We feel this is the minimum amount of time where you can truly learn and grow from an experience with Gradient, being able to see events from start to finish and truly take part in the process. We also have a strong preference for NY based candidates, so you can remain hands on with the day to day work.
