In office every day.\nFollow and improve our sales process.\nTrain and improve daily.\nPick up the phone and call prospects all day.\nIdentify companies with upcoming RFPs, and brands with events planned in the next 3 to 4 months.\nManage your pipeline and follow up properly.\nBook meetings for Gradient's leadership to present.\nAdmin work for data collection.\nRequirements\nNo previous sales experience required.\nA will to constantly improve.\nSelf-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time.\nGood with technology.
