IT Project Manager/ Product Delivery Manager (English Speaking)

The Short Version:

We aren't looking for a traditional status-checker or a ticket-passer. We need a hybrid operator: someone with the engineering sharp-mindedness of a Project Manager, the customer-first vision of a Product Owner, and the infectious energy of a team multiplier.

At Gradion, you will be the connective tissue between our global clients and our engineering teams. You will translate complex, ambitious business ideas into clear technical roadmaps, protect project health, and keep the team pumped to build great software.

What You'll Actually Do:

1. Own the Product Vision & Scope

• Shift from just executing tasks to understanding why we are building. You'll work directly with clients to refine their ideas into clear, high-value product requirements and actionable backlogs.

• Navigate both Fixed-Price outcomes (keeping scope tight, margins healthy, and change requests fair) and Dedicated Team models (setting clear roadmaps, capacity planning, and continuous value flow).

2. Drive Execution & Clear the Path

• Build realistic, transparent delivery plans using agile practices that fit the project-not rigid process for the sake of it.

• Call out risks early with solutions ready. You don't just send status reports; you make calls, push back when necessary, and guide clients to smart decisions.

3. Fire Up the Team & Culture

• Be the team's biggest advocate and energy driver. Create an environment where developers understand the bigger picture, feel supported, and take pride in what they ship.

• Shield the team from unnecessary chaos while maintaining total transparency with stakeholders.

4. Leverage AI to Work at 10x Speed

• Integrate AI tools into your everyday workflow-from drafting scope docs and summarizing client meetings to analyzing project risks-allowing you to spend less time on admin and more time solving high-value problems.
