The position involves defining and steering the overall testing strategy, overseeing modern test environments, and ensuring that software releases consistently meet quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Depending on ongoing needs, the role may also include driving test automation enhancements, providing leadership and direction to a test engineering team, and supporting compliance-related activities throughout the entire product lifecycle.\n\nMain responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain the software test strategy in alignment with standards.\nSet up, manage, and continuously improve test environments such as HIL, SIL and simulation benches.\nOversee automated regression testing, static/dynamic code analysis, and CI/CD-based verification workflows.\nDefine and manage test plans, protocols and test cases across all testing levels.\nEnsure complete traceability between requirements and verification activities in tools like Polarion.\nValidate functional and non-functional requirements, including cybersecurity, performance and reliability aspects.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity, architecture and engineering teams to plan and execute focused security testing.\nSupport verification of secure boot, encryption, authentication and update mechanisms.\nLead and mentor the test engineering team, track test coverage and defect-related KPIs.\nWork closely with engineering, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to support end-to-end product compliance.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in embedded software development or testing, including a lead or managerial role.\nStrong understanding of software verification & validation processes\nPractical experience with automated testing frameworks (pytest, Robot Framework or similar).\nKnowledge of cybersecurity testing principles\nStrong skills in requirements/traceability tools (Polarion, DOORS, Jira).\nStrong leadership, communication and organizational skills.\nAnalytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach to working in regulated environments.\nAbility to motivate teams and coordinate work across multiple engineering disciplines.\nFluency in English (written and spoken).\nExperience with testing cloud-connected or wireless-enabled systems (nice to have).\nISTQB Advanced/Expert or Certified Test Manager (CTAL-TM) (nice to have).\nCybersecurity certifications (CEH, Security+, CSSLP) (nice to have).\n\nCompany offers:\n\nSupport – You will have a Qdev buddy by your side.\nFlexibility with working hours and vacation schedule.\nOnline and offline training/workshops and other knowledge-sharing possibilities.\nAdditional health and personal accident insurance.\nSnacks and fun activities in the office.\nAdditional time off.\nPersonal and sport budget.\nLoyalty benefits and perks.\nAgile, friendly and international environment.\nSalary: 5000–7300 EUR/monthly GROSS (negotiable, based on competencies).\n\nBy sending your CV you express your consent that Grafton Lithuania would manage your personal data for your possible employment opportunities both at Grafton Lithuania and/or clients of Grafton Lithuania.
