The analyst will sit on the trading floor and provide operational support for firm-wide end user application and workstation hardware support. This role is based out of our Rowayton, Connecticut office, and will require flexibility to cover our New York City office as business needs arise, anticipating up to four weeks per year.\nResponsibilities\nInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, including performing software upgrades\nProvide support for market data and trade execution platforms\nExecute daily operational procedures, including morning system status checks, data center inspections, and managing trouble ticket workflows\nParticipate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with colleagues\nProvide off-hours support as part of a rotating schedule with other team members\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience providing technical support for workstations; candidates with a broad range of experience levels are encouraged to apply\nBA/BS in Computer Science or related field\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to workstation hardware, computer systems and applications\nExperience with all Microsoft desktop software, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365\nFinancial Services industry experience; familiarity with market data applications from vendors such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often working on several projects at once\nFamiliarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti product suite is desired\nPrinter and/or print vendor management is desired\nMobile Device Management (iOS/Android) is desired\nBase Salary Range\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000.
