035142 Indirect Material Purchaser (Operational Support) (Open)Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
- Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
- Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
- Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data
Education, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
