As an Apprentice at Greifyou will gain:
Hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
On-the-job training and guidance from experienced professionalsto supplement your classroom learning program
Opportunities for career advancement based on performance and qualifications
You will have the opportunityto:
Learn and apply maintenance procedures for various equipment types
Assistin diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Maintain accuraterecords of maintenance and repair work
Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and supervisors
Qualifications:
Currentlyenrolled in aTrade or Technical School actively pursuing Certification or an Associate'sDegreeinamaintenance-related disciplinesuch asBlow molding, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Systems, etc.
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time 20 hours per week on-site in Nacogdoches while attending school
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $18.32 - $31.20annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between18.50 to18.50. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
