As we find new ways to connect rural communities with food, animal feed and industrial customers around the world, we are proud to say we’re leading the way in sustainable agriculture.\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Northern NSW Maintenance Manager and based flexibly from either Dubbo, Tamworth or Narrabri offices the Maintenance Planner is responsible for:\nWorking with production to develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Northern NSW country operations (~40 sites)\nPlanning materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance works\nConsulting with operations supervisors / leaders on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicing\nPartnering with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources effectively\nDevelop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work\nMaintaining up-keep and accuracy of technical information and equipment maintenance history\nContinually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems\nThere is travel required in the role (about one in every three weeks) to sites in our Northern NSW country network, largely for shutdown and project planning.\nAbout your experience\nOur ideal candidate has experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within any industry with preference for those with multi-site experience. Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, prioritisation and planning skills are a must in this position.\nYou should also have:\nPlanning experience in CMMS (SAP desirable)\nStrong mechanical / electrical understanding\nAwareness and understanding of budget constraints\nAbility to work effectively under pressure\nTroubleshooting and diagnostic capability\nAbility and willingness to travel frequently\nReady to apply? / How do you apply?\nThe next steps are easy!
