This is an opportunity to play a part in that story.\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager Cyber Security Operations to own and continually strengthen GrainCorp's cyber defence capability.\nReporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this role owns GrainCorp's operational cyber security posture across enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments. You will lead cyber operations, incident response, threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, and the ongoing maturity of our cyber security operations capabilities.\nThis role combines operational leadership with planning and continuous improvement, helping shape the future direction and maturity of GrainCorp's cyber security capability.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nLead cyber security operations across IT and OT environments.\nDrive incident response, recovery and continuous improvement activities.\nOwn vulnerability and exposure management to reduce cyber risk.\nLead security monitoring, threat detection and incident response capabilities.\nGovern outsourced cyber security services and managed security providers.\nPartner with Cyber Security Engineering, business and technology teams to reduce cyber risk and improve resilience.\nContribute to cyber strategy, roadmap delivery, automation and capability uplift.\nAbout Your Experience:\nExperience leading cyber security operations, cyber defence or incident response functions.\nStrong knowledge of modern cyber security disciplines including threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, cloud security, identity security and security automation.\nExperience leading managed security providers and strategic partners.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nThe ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement.\nExperience in critical infrastructure, industrial or OT environments will be highly regarded.\nWhat we offer:\nProfessional development & leadership programs\nHybrid work and flexible leave options including birthday leave\nHealth & wellbeing support\nInclusive, values-driven culture\nWe’re proud to be a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every career\nReady to apply?\nIt’s simple, submit your application.
