Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow your career, you'll find purpose, support and opportunity here.\nAs an Operations Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day operations across collections and logistics activities, while gaining exposure to import/export processes and global supply chains.\nThis role will give you the foundation, hands-on experience and system exposure to build a career in international shipping, logistics or supply chain operations within GrainCorp.\nThis role contributes by:\nSupporting daily operations across collections, logistics and customer service activities\nAssisting with scheduling, documentation and administrative tasks related to transport and shipping\nEnsuring accurate data entry and record keeping in systems such as SAP\nProviding support to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations\nBuilding knowledge of international shipping, import/export processes and supply chain systems\nAbout You:\nYou have previous administration experience and strong attention to detail\nYou’re organised, reliable and enjoy supporting operational teams\nYou have a genuine interest in logistics, import/export or international supply chains\nYou’re comfortable using systems (or eager to learn), with SAP exposure a bonus\nYou’re motivated to learn, grow and build a long-term career in supply chain\nNice to have (but not essential):\nExposure to international shipping or container logistics\nExperience with SAP S/4 Hanna or similar systems (BSM, Buy Sell Move, experience is a plus)\nWhat you can expect:\nCareer pathways, study support & coaching\nInclusive, flexible working culture\nWellbeing benefits like ME!
