As we find new ways to connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers around the world, we’re proud to be leading the way in sustainable agriculture.\nAbout the role:\nBased at either Dubbo, Toowoomba or Newcastle (Carrington), we are looking for a Project Manager on contract for approximately 12mths.\nYou will be responsible for the delivery to plan of a wide variety of exciting multi-discipline capital projects (budgeted) that range from small maintenance projects, procurement and complex bulk handling and infrastructure builds up to 1 million dollars.\nThis client-side role gives you plenty of chances to put your project management skills to work. As an advisor and service provider, you will be required to identify opportunities to improve the business assets and functions, as well as run projects from their inception to their conclusion. This will be done while maintaining a transparent and stakeholder inclusive communications program.\nThis is a diverse, challenging, yet satisfying role, where you will not only be delivering projects in a resource constrained environment across a large geographically area, you will also be managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.\nAbout your experience\nOur ideal candidate will hold qualifications in Project Management with practical experience in supporting and delivering projects in any industry.\nProject management experience, including management of site staff, contractors, budgets, project expenditure, schedules, safety, compliance and project records in an industrial construction environment.\nYour skill set could be from a project management, design, site engineering or maintenance background with experience in on-site management of contractors and project activities.\nAny experience in construction of bulk handling infrastructure including ports, material storage, conveyors, rail, roads (civil), control systems, power systems, and relevant infrastructure will be looked upon favourably.\nOther key attributes we are looking for are;\nExceptional communication skills - both written and verbal\nA demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve issues that arise during all phases of projects\nA willingness to travel - projects will be based across regional NNSW and QLD and NNSW and QLD ports\nComputer literacy skills (SAP; MS suite including MS Project, Excel and Word)\nOutstanding stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work autonomously\nProven experience managing projects from initiation to completion\nFinally, you should be willing and able to travel in the role: 1-2 day trips / month during planning phase; 2 days / week for a few consecutive weeks during construction phase; a little more than this for larger commissioning projects.\nWhat we offer:\n\nProfessional development & leadership programs\nHybrid work and flexible leave options including birthday leave\nHealth & wellbeing support\nInclusive, values-driven culture\nWe’re proud to be a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every career\nReady to apply?\nIt’s simple, submit your application.
