Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue its compensation and benefits programs at any time, in accordance with applicable law.\nThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (You Will):\nQuote customers and process orders based on requests from customers and WFS Account Managers\nSource products for customers not in our usual vendor base\nProvide cost savings and product substitutions to customers as requested\nFollow-up on customer back orders, quotes, and complaints\nContinuously improve product knowledge through lunch n’ learns, online research, etc.\nProcess customer returns and PO returns as per Quality Systems procedure\nReview all reports and make inquiries as needed\nSeek special contract pricing from vendors when applicable\nFollow billing and freight instructions - inbound and outgoing\nFollow all safety protocol in compliance with WFS’ Health & Safety policies and procedures and the Occupational Health & Safety Act\nSupport all aspects of WFS Quality Management System \nOther duties as assigned\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have):\nA minimum of 1 to 2 years previous customer service experience is required\nDemonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done\nDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service\nTeam-player and an ability to work independently\nKnowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred\nSuperior interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills to effectively build relationships\nStrong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner\nA self-starter, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required\nStrong time management and organizational skills, with proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines\nProficient computer skills and aptitude\nKnowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations is required\n\nRewards and Benefits:\nOur programs provide choice and flexibility to meet your individual needs.
