We’ve been based in Green Bay since 1958 and have a strong history of double-digit annual growth!\nInternship details\nPaid internship starting in Spring 2027\nDuration of 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week, depending on student interest and availability\nExpectation to work from the Green Bay office periodically to support collaboration, facilitation, and team engagement\nWilling to provide supporting documentation for students seeking school credit\nPotential learning outcomes and responsibilities:\nCollaborate within the Procurement department, primarily with the Product Services and Category Support teams to support Sales requests.\nAssist with new product additions, kit requests, and assortment planning activities to ensure accurate product availability.\nAnalyze data and procurement requests to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings, including custom kitting initiatives, and provide project support as needed.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by helping evaluate processes, track project progress, and recommend efficiency enhancements.\nInternship requirements\nActive enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study\nStrong interest in procurement, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nAbility to support process improvement initiatives, analyze business processes, and work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.\n\nWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
