We are looking for a Production Intern to join us at Gram Games and partner with our producers on all aspects of production\nYou will be a driving force within your team, assisting them with planning and execution to achieve the highest quality. You’ll find a dynamic and engaging culture while being a key driver in rapidly delivering features to our players.\nDuration: 12 Months\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPlanning & Execution: Working with design, product management, feature teams, leadership, and partner teams, you will ensure clarity of the team’s goals, work with stakeholders and the team to set backlog priorities, and foster ownership of these goals within the team.\n\nCommunication & Leadership: Facilitate and ensure clear communication, written, verbal, and visual, between disciplines, teams, and individuals. This includes transparent progress, status, and risk reporting, as well as quantitative production delivery metrics. You are adept at keeping everyone in sync with plans and any updates as they happen.\n\nRelease Management: Ensure high-quality releases by working with QA, Development, Design, Art, Product, and other teams to make sure our releases are well-defined, clearly communicated, high-quality, and compliant with all requirements.\n\nProcess Improvement: Craft the right processes for the team. Work with your team’s senior leadership to iterate on processes through team input and continuous exploration.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nRecent graduate (having completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past 12 months) in Game Development, Game Production, Game Technology, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nEffective at driving order out of uncertainty, with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.\n\nInfluential across both in-person and written communication channels.\n\nEffective in one-to-one as well as one-to-many communication.\n\nEffective team collaborator and meeting facilitator.\n\nExperience with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.\n\nExperience with project status and risk reporting.\n\nBasic understanding of planning tools (such as Atlassian Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, AI tools, etc.).\n\nA real passion for games.\n\nAbility to work hybrid from the Gram Games London office at least two days a week.\n\nHow to Apply?\nYou can apply with your CV, cover letter, and a portfolio or showcase of your work, such as game jam projects, personal builds, or team case studies.
