Plan industrialization and equipment optimization for Cutting, Sewing, Assembly, Foaming, Plastic Injection, Painting, and stamping areas to meet goals for serial production or new projects; ensure proper planning, execution, and control of engineering changes for new and serial products to guarantee successful launch and production. Generate and update technical documentation-such as parameter sheets, operation sheets, flow charts, FMEAs, visual aids, etc.-for Cutting, Sewing, Plastic Injection, Foaming, Assembly, Painting, and Stamping processes for serial products.\nCreate capacity overviews. Perform calculations for new projects. Manage materials and optimize processes.\nCreate data in SAP. Ensure the selection of special characteristics. Conduct plant capacity analyses.\nWork with PLCs, vision systems (cameras), and automation.
