Create and maintain required shipping and customer documentation, including packing lists, shipping paperwork, commercial documentation, labels, certifications, and other customer-specific requirements as applicable. Coordinates shipments with freight forwarders and shipping and warehouse personnel.\nEnsures excellent customer service, responding to customer emails within 24 hours. Interacts with material planners and production planners to ensure accurate deliveries. Interface with customers to manage and reconcile all issues related to shipping and receiving end items.\nIllustrate a dedication to meeting internal and external customer requirements, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly. Effectively and timely communicates with management on any customer shipment isses that arise.
