lead and organize cross-functional design review meetings, simultaneously producing follow-up documentation and records to ensure review conclusions are implemented; Lead and prepare product DFMEA\nreports, identify design risks, and develop preventive and corrective measures; Be responsible for reviewing 3D/2D drawings (including KPCs-Key Performance Characteristics-and cumulative tolerance analysis) and completing their release in the PDM systems (Smart Team, SAP); Assist design engineers in managing design data within the PDM systems (Smart\nTeam, SAP) or offline folders, and maintain a complete history of design changes and ECNs/EWOs (Engineering Change Notices/Engineering Work Orders); Collaborate with IE engineers to ensure that product and process characteristics are effectively controlled when mass production begins; liaise with the customer’s engineering team to obtain customer approval\nfor product designs and review product/service requirements proposed by the customer (e.g., special features, drawings, documentation);
