The role requires broad infrastructure expertise, strong production experience, and the ability to turn complex business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead the design and evolution of secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud and infrastructure solutions.\nProvide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, VMware, operating systems, networking, storage, and hybrid infrastructure.\nDesign and implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and tools.\nSolve complex technical issues across cloud platforms, infrastructure services, applications, and production environments.\nProduce clear technical designs, architecture documents, implementation plans, and operational documentation.\nImprove deployment processes and support the adoption of reliable CI/CD practices.\nStrengthen monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, capacity management, and operational readiness.\nSupport and improve business-critical production systems, including incident response, root-cause analysis, and problem prevention.\nIdentify opportunities to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.\nUse AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation.\nLead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making across multiple teams.\nCommunicate complex technical topics clearly to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, application engineering, compliance, and operations teams.\nMentor engineers and raise technical standards across the cloud engineering function.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business, security, operational, and regulatory requirements\nWho we are looking for:\nWe are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
