You'll spend most of your time designing, building, and shipping directly, while also driving the technical direction across teams and initiatives. The core of this role is leading through influence and strong technical judgment, with scope evolving based on the needs of the team. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership to make sure we're building the right things, the right way, and moving fast enough to stay ahead.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nTechnical Strategy & Architecture\nSet technical direction and architecture across our full stack (Python, Go).\nIdentify where our systems need to evolve to support scale, and drive those changes end to end.\nBuild APIs and services that support data-heavy, high-scale workloads.\nBuild low latency highly performant ETL pipelines.\nHands-On Execution\nDesign and implement scalable features directly -
