  • Overseeing the execution of GTech’s testing strategies, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), regression testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Managing Oracle quarterly releases, assessing impact, coordinating regression testing, and ensuring timely and stable adoption of new functionality.

  • Overseeing technical vendor and system integrator performance, including delivery quality, adherence to standards, and on-time execution.
  • Ensuring all solutions comply with security, risk, data privacy, and regulatory requirements, including HR data protection standards.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to ensure integration patterns, data flows, and reporting solutions align to enterprise strategy.
  • Supporting go-live readiness, cutover execution, and post-go-live hyper care.
  • Acting as a technical advisor to GTech and P&C leadership on Oracle HCM capabilities, limitations, and roadmap considerations.
