Platform firms operate as separate legal entities.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nSupport Senior Project Managers with the planning and coordination of project activities.\nSchedule meetings, workshops, and project governance forums.\nPrepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track actions to completion.\nCoordinate follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time.\nAssist with project communications.\nDocumentation Management\nMaintain project documentation and repositories, ensuring documents are current and properly version controlled.\nUpdate project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and trackers.\nEnsure project governance documentation is completed, reviewed, and stored appropriately.\nSupport the creation of presentations, project updates, and reporting packs.\nProgress Tracking & Reporting\nMonitor project activities against agreed timelines and milestones.\nTrack progress of project tasks and follow up with owners on outstanding actions.\nUpdate project dashboards and reporting tools with accurate information.\nEscalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Senior Project Manager.\nPrepare regular project status updates for stakeholders.\nAct as a key point of contact for project-related administrative queries.\nSupport communication between project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.\nAssist in gathering requirements, feedback, and project information from stakeholders.\nMaintain stakeholder contact lists and communication plans.\nSupport lessons learned reviews and project closure activities.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of project templates and standards.\nRisk, Issue & Change Support\nMaintain risk, issues, and dependency logs.\nTrack mitigation actions and follow up with responsible owners.\nSupport change control activities by documenting requests and maintaining records\nWymagania\n\nEducation / Professional Experience/ Qualifications\n3–5 years' experience in a project management, project coordination, PMO role.\nExperience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects.
