Platform firms operate as separate legal entities.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nLead a distributed team of project and platform engineers, including work allocation, resource planning, performance feedback, and technical development.\nOwn end-to-end delivery of security platform projects, from requirements and design through build, testing, cutover, and formal handover to the operations teams.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across concurrent initiatives, and report status and escalations to security leadership on a regular cadence.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, network, identity, application, and vendor teams to sequence changes safely, and steer designs through architecture and change advisory forums.\nDrive security platform integration for acquisitions and divestitures, including discovery, control mapping, migration planning, and decommissioning of redundant tooling.\nWymagania\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEight or more years in information technology or security engineering, including at least two years leading engineers as a manager or team lead.\nDemonstrated delivery of enterprise security platform implementations or migrations, owning schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication end to end.\nBroad hands-on grounding across security domains such as endpoint, network, email, identity, or cloud security, sufficient to challenge designs and estimates credibly.\nWorking command of structured delivery methods, change and release management, and the documentation standards that internal audit and external assessors expect.\nFluency in Polish and English\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, CISSP, or CISM.\nExperience with post-merger security integration, vendor and contract management, and automation of deployment and reporting through infrastructure as code.\nWorking Arrangements and Team Expectations\n\nThis role sits within the Information Security Platform Engineering function and shares a common operating model with the wider team. Engineers own the security platforms they build end to end: design, deployment, day-to-day operation, tuning, and lifecycle management. Work is delivered against agreed service levels and measured on control coverage, platform availability, and the quality of detection and prevention outcomes.
