Leads, Opportunities, CPQ, Forecasting, and Reports/Dashboards.\nConfigure and integrate Pardot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking (Good to Have).\nLeverage Salesforce Einstein for predictive analytics, opportunity scoring, and AI-driven insights (Good to Have).\nBuild and maintain Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Approval Workflows.\nDevelop Lightning Apps using Lightning App Builder, Lightning Design System, and custom components.\nEnsure robust data security, sharing rules, and access controls across all implementations.\nExecute REST/SOAP API integrations, including third-party tools and background verification systems.\nManage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e. g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).\nProvide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.\nHands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.\nExperience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and third-party integrations.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, data modelling, and ETL tools.\nSalesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud Consultant.\nEinstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred), Salesforce AI Certified.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFamiliarity with data privacy regulations and marketing automation best practices.\nStrong documentation
