The role covers Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, endpoint security, enterprise application administration, IT operations, audit support, license management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, enterprise applications, automation, cloud platforms, and IT security operations.\n\nResponsibilities: \nMicrosoft Cloud and Workplace Platform Administration: Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.\nConfigure compliance, DLP, retention, information protection, access governance, and endpoint policies.\nAdminister internal applications, including CRM, GRC, ITSM/ticketing, and other SaaS platforms.\nManage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints through endpoint management solutions.\nDevelop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate).\nManage onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, software deployment, patching, and asset lifecycle.\nSupport internal, external, customer, and certification audits; maintain evidence and remediation records.\nManage software subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and optimization.\nCoordinate IT procurement, vendor evaluation, renewals, and contract management.\nCollaborate with IT security teams on policy implementation, log analysis, monitoring, and incident investigations.\nSupport business continuity, backup processes, and operational improvements.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong Microsoft 365 administration experience.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.\nExperience administering CRM, GRC, ITSM/ticketing, or similar enterprise applications.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, preferably Power Automate.\nExperience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.\nKnowledge of endpoint security, compliance management, networking fundamentals, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.\nExperience with software licensing, subscriptions, asset management, and vendor coordination.\nExperience supporting audits and compliance requirements.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExposure to Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExperience with SIEM, log analysis, endpoint detection, and security
