Following GraphAware’s acquisition by Neo4j, we are entering a dynamic new growth phase. As the Director GraphAware Solutions EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the region. You will work at the intersection of our specialized graph-powered intelligence analysis platform (GraphAware Hume) and Neo4j’s extensive enterprise footprint - supporting national security, defense, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies across the UK and Europe.

You’ll join a mission-driven, highly collaborative team where ownership, directness, and autonomy are part of our DNA. This is a high-visibility overlay sales role with a significant market potential and direct influence on our ARR.

Your mission

As a senior leader, you will serve as the strategic bridge and revenue multiplier for our GraphAware solutions business within the broader Neo4j EMEA sales organization. Operating in a high-impact hybrid capacity across national security, defense, intelligence, and law enforcement sectors, your mandate balances direct deal execution with regional GTM enablement. You will directly originate and close high-value GraphAware Hume opportunities in key UK accounts while maintaining GTM oversight and co-selling alignment across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic co-selling & sales enablement: partner closely with Neo4j’s Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and regional sales leadership across EMEA. Enable them on GraphAware Hume, identify joint opportunities, cross-sell into existing Neo4j accounts, and step directly into active opportunities to win new accounts and close deals.

• Direct sales execution: lead and execute GraphAware Hume opportunities directly within key UK accounts, managing complex deals from qualification through to close. Provide strategic direction and guidance to a GraphAware Sales Executive covering other EMEA markets.

• Customer success & account management: maintain relationships with key domain leaders across client organizations to safeguard account health and ensure overall mission success. Partner closely with Field Engineering and delivery teams - who own technical implementation and service delivery - to drive expansion and long-term retention.

• Partner alignment & enablement: collaborate with Neo4j’s partner team to identify, prioritize, and enable high-value alliance partners and SIs within the defense and intelligence domain. Maintain strong, focused relationships with key ecosystem partners to accelerate GraphAware Hume joint pursuits.

Profile we have in mind

Essential background & experience:

• Domain expertise: background in law enforcement, national security, or intelligence analysis (e.g., 5-10 years as an intelligence analyst, officer, or specialist within government/law enforcement agencies) OR proven success selling specialized software directly into those domain accounts.

• Tech sales track record: 4-6+ years in B2B/B2G software or SaaS sales, ideally with software vendors specializing in intelligence, risk, or financial crime.

• Complex enterprise sales: proven experience driving complex, long sales cycles with high-value transactions.

• Partnerships: experienced in managing and growing partnerships to support go-to-market efforts.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution: ability to prioritize high-leverage opportunities across partners, Neo4j’s AEs, and direct accounts while maintaining strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• Direct & clear communicator: professional, clear, concise, and straightforward.

• Coachability & collaboration: low ego and highly collaborative personality - essential for building trust and credibility with Neo4j’s AEs and government clients alike.

• Management skills: experience managing or mentoring at least 1-3 individuals.
