This position supports the organization’s overall goal of providing a world class repeatable customer service experience for Graphcom’s clients. The Project Manager II also focuses on growing client relationships and helping to improve team processes and performance.\nThe Project Manager II will work within Graphcom’s Signs division, managing rigid signage, fabric graphics, and grand-format projects for our clients, including multi-location sign programs ordered through Graphcom’s DSF storefronts.\nThis is an on-site position based at Graphcom’s Orrtanna, PA office. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nPosition Objectives\nTo deliver a world class customer service experience while keeping projects on schedule, budget, and scope.\nProject Management\nBudget & ScopeCommunicate client project requests to the estimating team\nCommunicate estimates to the client for approval\nReceive the approved estimate and job record from the Estimator (scope, assumptions, survey requirements, outside services quoted) and open the job in Monarch\nBuild project plans and schedules to align with agreed-upon scope and budget\n\nScheduleBuild project schedules\nCollaborate with the Production Manager and Scheduler throughout the life of the project to meet established deadlines for production, permitting, and installation\n\nCommunicationCommunicate expectations, responsibilities, and background information through a written job ticket (electronic document) in Monarch\nKeep the job ticket up-to-date throughout the life of the project\nVerify job ticket details, including contact information, installation information, and special instructions\nOrganize all digital files and client-supplied materials (CSM) for easy-shared access among team members\nAs needed, schedule an internal launch meeting, prepare an agenda, run the meeting, and capture notes and action items\nProvide regular updates to the client and the client’s business development representative or account manager\n\nSigns Project DeliverySchedule the final site survey once the estimate is approved, and confirm survey results are recorded in Monarch before the job is released to production\nRoute artwork to the Signs Designer and manage proof approval with the client\nCoordinate permits: track applications, confirm permits are in hand before installation, and follow up on final inspections\nCoordinate deliveries and installation dates with shipping, drivers, and the install team; make pre-installation calls to confirm site readiness\nAnswer client questions about production methods and limitations, in coordination with the Production Manager, Signs\n\nStorefront ProgramsManage and support sign orders coming through Graphcom’s DSF storefronts, which connect directly into Monarch, helping clients place and track multiple sign orders across locations\nWork with sales/BD and storefront administrators to onboard new storefront clients and grow existing storefront sign programs\n\nClient GrowthProvide client service with the goal of growing the client relationship\nFor clients without a dedicated account manager, a Project Manager II may be assigned with the aim of growing the account to a size where Graphcom can eventually assign a dedicated account manager\n\nTeam Leadership\nThe Project Manager II regularly looks for opportunity to improve the internal team’s performance and processes. This includes:Maintain trust, respect, and shared knowledge\nMotivate and inspire confidence through shared problem solving\nAs needed, meet to review project’s status, listen to concerns, and collaborate on a route to success\nProvide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced project management staff as needed\nLearn and support Graphcom’s full range of sign products, including fabric graphics and grand-format printing, in addition to rigid signage\nMaintains up-to-date industry knowledge through trainings, workshops, conferences, tradeshows, or other in-person and online educational and networking opportunities.\n\nMaintains the highest level of security and confidentiality as defined by company policy\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or President/CEO\nMinimum Job Requirements\nHigh school graduate (minimum) with an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree beneficial.\nRequires 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, account coordination, estimating, or production; signage, print, or a related production environment preferred.\nExperience with sign or print production and associated project management software (Monarch) a plus.\nComfortable learning web-to-print/storefront ordering systems (DSF) and Graphcom’s broader sign product range, including fabric graphics and grand-format printing.\nBasic knowledge of sign engineering, permitting, and county requirements, or the ability to learn it quickly.\nOrganized and detail-oriented.\nProblem solver with a self-directed work ethic.\nExcellent communication skills, personable, positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.\nFlexible and calm under pressure.\nCollaborative mindset and the desire to work in a team-centered environment is a must.\nExclusion from the System for Award Management (SAM) List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) prior to hire and ongoing throughout their tenure at the company. Inclusion in the LEIE is grounds for immediate dismissal\nComplete all required training courses upon hire and annually thereafter\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures\nMust reside in or near Gettysburg, PA, or be willing to relocate.
