You will build Go applications that make complex hardware simple to deploy, manage and operate.\nYour work will help engineering teams integrate new hardware into existing clusters with a smooth Kubernetes experience. You will shape how users interact with Graphcore technology in cloud-native environments.\nYou will design, build, test and maintain production-quality software, while guiding engineers through complex technical decisions. You will also help strengthen documentation, code quality and delivery standards.\nThis role sits close to hardware, orchestration and cloud infrastructure. It offers rare ownership over software that connects AI compute with the systems used to run it.\nThe team and culture\nYou will work with engineers across cloud software, hardware, platform and infrastructure. The team turns complex integration problems into practical software that users can trust.\nWork happens through clear technical ownership, direct communication and fast feedback. You will be expected to lead by example, mentor others and raise the quality bar.\nDecisions are guided by evidence, engineering judgement and open discussion. You will have space to speak up, take responsibility and move important work forward.\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong experience in software development, ideally with cloud environments or infrastructure platforms\nProficiency in Go, with the ability to design, build and maintain reliable applications\nDeep Kubernetes experience, including container orchestration and cloud-native development\nStrong Linux knowledge and confidence troubleshooting complex technical issues\nA track record of delivering complex technical solutions and improving engineering quality\nClear communication, mentoring and teamwork skills, with English at C1 level\nWhile we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.
