You’ll connect their work with design, firmware, test, bring-up and manufacturing colleagues.\nProgramme management owns the integrated plan. You’ll raise capacity conflicts early, bring practical options and make delivery confidence visible.\nDecisions depend on evidence, documented assumptions and proportionate peer review. You’ll encourage challenge, seek specialist input when needed and escalate unresolved disagreements before they hold work back.\nWhat we’re looking for\nPeople leadership that develops engineers, sets expectations and addresses difficult performance issues, with readiness for formal line management.\nStrong engineering foundations and experience in signal or power integrity, with sufficient understanding of the other discipline to challenge approaches.\nExperience coordinating specialist engineering delivery, including estimates, work allocation, dependencies and capacity, in partnership with programme management.\nClear cross-disciplinary communication that explains risks and trade-offs, secures specialist contributions and helps stakeholders reach decisions.\nFirst-principles reasoning and understanding of simulation, measurement and correlation, including model limitations and when to seek specialist review.\nEvidence of improving engineering methods or shared knowledge, while maintaining clear ownership through technical investigations.\nWhile we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.
