This person is responsible for helping the team deliver high quality micro-architecture specifications and RTL for Graphcore chips, and assisting the rest of the Silicon teams to ensure we can meet the company objectives for silicon delivery.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nIntegrate IP and subsystems into top-level SoC designs\nDevelop and maintain build and configuration environments\nPerform synthesis, linting, CDC/RDC, and timing checks at the SoC level\nSupport verification and physical design teams through clean interface hand-offs\nDebug and resolve integration-related issues across multiple hierarchies\nContribute to the continuous improvement of integration flows and automation\nProducing high quality microarchitecture and other documentation\nEnsure good communication between sites to maintain consistent working practices\nEssential skills:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject\nDigital design experience in a relevant industry\nBe highly motivated, a self-starter, and a team player\nAbility to work across teams and finding solutions to problems\nAbility to solve design issues through programming, e.g. Python, Tcl\nStrong competency in SystemVerilog or VHDL\nKnowledge of digital design flows\nCapable of managing time and priorities\nDesirable:\nProcessor design\nApplication specific blocks\nHigh-speed serial interfaces\nComplex third-party IP integration\nExperience leading teams\nArithmetic pipeline design\nFloating-point design\nDesign for test\nSynthesis\nTiming Analysis\nLogical Equivalence\nProject Planning\nPower Integrity\nSilicon transistor knowledge\nBenefits\nIn addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection.
