Apply now to be part of the journey.\nJob Summary \nWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in managing supply chain quality in a high-tech manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. \nWorking across our entire supply chain in a technically challenging, fast paced environment, you will ensure the readiness of our global supply chain to ramp successfully as we develop and manufacture the world’s most advanced AI systems and services. \nThe Team \nThe Graphcore Quality Team delivers outstanding customer experience and champions sustainable excellence throughout Graphcore. We are responsible for customer, supply chain and product quality, as well as organisational compliance, governance and assurance. You will be joining a diverse team of experts in these domains based in our Bristol, Cambridge (UK) and Hsinchu (Taiwan) offices. \nResponsibilities and Duties \nFacilitate APQP activities such as risk assessment, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and control plan development to proactively identify and mitigate quality risks \nCreate and maintain quality plans, ensuring conformance to customer specifications and internal standards \nEnsure suppliers fulfil our NPI to ensure production readiness \nCollect and analyse key production metrics such as cycle time and yield to support process and quality improvements \nSupport training and education of production personnel \nDevelop standard operating procedures to improve operator efficiency and process consistency \nParticipate in Kaizen events to measure, document, and continuously improve manufacturing processes \nCandidate Profile \nEssential: \nAbility to work across several organisations with engineering leaders and factory operatives \nExpertise in APQP activities, FMEAs, SPC, control plans, ISO Audit and other quality tools \nExperience in facilitating engineering and management teams through structured root cause analysis (8D, 5-why, etc) \nGravitas to represent Graphcore and partner companies and act as Voice of the Customer within our supplier chain \nPassionate about consistently aiming for excellence, attention to detail and relentless focus on continuous improvement \nHighly developed problem-solving skills \nAcute focus on delivering results under pressure and to challenging deadlines \nDesirable \nDemonstrable experience in the semiconductor industry, server manufacturing with an emphasis supplier quality improvements \nCertification and/or experience in Lean and/or 6-sigma \nBenefits\nIn addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing and financial future.
