About the role:

• This role focuses on internal communications at Nemetschek Group Design Division and Graphisoft.
• The Senior Manager plans and executes strategic internal communications and change communications initiatives that align with corporate objectives, support business transformations, and drive employee engagement. The role adds value by fostering transparency, alignment, and trust across a diverse, global workforce while advising senior leadership on communication strategies.
• Beyond the internal-facing activities, the role works together with external communication leads on selected external-facing campaigns.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

• As a key member of the Global Internal Communications Team, contribute to the activation of the group-level internal communications plan.
• Working together with the Leadership team, ensure a strategic and well co-ordinated approach to division-level internal communications.
• Lead the annual planning and execution of internal communications strategy and activity calendar for Graphisoft.
• Provide strategic counsel and support to leaders on communications related to change management, global business initiatives, crisis response, and organizational development.
• Manage and continuously improve internal communication related systems, channels, and events, including town halls, intranet, and newsletters.
• Create digital creative materials to complement communications activities (visuals, infographics, animations, short video content).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate/internal communications, preferably in international and matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies, change management, and executive communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
• Hands-on experience in content creation (written, visual, digital).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, video editing tools, image editing tools eg. Canva, AI tools).
