To learn more, visitwww.graphisoft.com\nAbout the role:\nThis role focuses on internal communications at Nemetschek Group Design Division and Graphisoft.\nThe Senior Manager plans and executes strategic internal communications and change communications initiatives that align with corporate objectives, support business transformations, and drive employee engagement. The role adds value by fostering transparency, alignment, and trust across a diverse, global workforce while advising senior leadership on communication strategies.\nBeyond the internal-facing activities, the role works together with external communication leads on selected external-facing campaigns.\nKey tasks, duties and responsibilities:\nAs a key member of the Global Internal Communications Team, contribute to the activation of the group-level internal communications plan.\nWorking together with the Leadership team, ensure a strategic and well co-ordinated approach to division-level internal communications.\nLead the annual planning and execution of internal communications strategy and activity calendar for Graphisoft.\nProvide strategic counsel and support to leaders on communications related to change management, global business initiatives, crisis response, and organizational development.\nManage and continuously improve internal communication related systems, channels, and events, including town halls, intranet, and newsletters.\nCreate digital creative materials to complement communications activities (visuals, infographics, animations, short video content).\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, International Relations, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in corporate/internal communications, preferably in international and matrixed organizations.\nProven track record in developing and executing communication strategies, change management, and executive communications.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian; additional languages are a plus.\nStrong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.\nHigh emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.\nHands-on experience in content creation (written, visual, digital).\nStrong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.\nFamiliarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, video editing tools, image editing tools eg.
