Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, you'll help resolve critical issues while providing valuable insights that improve both our products and the overall customer experience.\nThis is a highly technical, hands-on role for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting complex distributed systems, experimenting with different configurations, and turning difficult technical problems into practical, scalable solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nWork closely with customers and their engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation and integration challenges and help them successfully adopt Graphwise products, providing hands-on support with code, scripts, APIs, configurations, and infrastructure when needed.\nPartner with Solution Architects throughout customer engagements to validate technical solutions, address implementation challenges, and provide deep product and troubleshooting expertise.\nInvestigate complex issues across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and cloud environments.
