inventory levels to optimize cash flow.\nSupport capital expenditure planning and investment analysis.\nLeadership & Team Development:\nLead, mentor, and develop accounting team members\nEstablish performance goals and accountability measures.\nFoster a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement, and collaboration.\nWork cross-functionally with operations, production, purchasing, sales, and human resources.\nCompliance & Risk Management:\nAssist with annual audits, tax filings and transfer pricing reviews.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.\nMaintain and strengthen internal control systems.\nAssist with Identifying financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.\n3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing accounting and cost accounting principles.\nExperience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities.\nAdditional Desired Qualifications:\nCPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification\nExperience in a manufacturing environment with annual revenues exceeding $25 million.\nExperience implementing or optimizing ERP
