projects from ideation through commercialization and launch.\n· Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer, market, and business objectives.\n· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement activities to identify growth\nopportunities.\n· Gather and translate customer feedback into product requirements and business opportunities.\n· Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and profitability analyses for new and existing products.\n· Monitor product performance, sales, margins, and market trends to optimize portfolio results.\n· Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to execute\nproduct strategies.\n· Support product launches through training, customer presentations, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement. · Serve as the primary product expert for customers, distribution partners, and internal teams. · Represent Grass America at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows. · Track and report key product performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.\nTravel:\n· Up to 30% travel for customer visits, supplier meetings, trade shows, and industry events.\nWhy Join
