You have complete autonomy over how you manage your time and workflow.\n\nAI-Assisted Hiring: Leverage our modern tech stack to streamline your workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 2-5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM, specifically hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4.\n\nTool Savvy: Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search (e.g., Recruit’em).\n\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills;
