You'll own the end-to-end technical execution of customer deployments across the Americas, from initial site assessment through live operations, and work directly with R&D and Operations to continuously sharpen how we plan, test, and deliver.\nThis is not a desk job. You'll be on-site, getting systems to perform in real-world conditions, troubleshooting integrated robotic systems under pressure, and serving as the trusted technical face of Gravis to our customers. If you want to see your work move dirt, this is the role.\nWhat you will do\nLead the technical execution of customer deployment projects from start to handover\n\nOwn end-to-end technical planning, coordination, and follow-up in close collaboration with Operations\n\nServe as a trusted technical point of contact for customers throughout the deployment lifecycle\n\nProvide hands-on technical support and guidance to customers and end users\n\nPerform regular system testing to ensure reliability, robustness, and performance\n\nGenerate performance reports and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues quickly\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes, tooling, and best practices\n\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\n\nHands-on experience deploying, integrating, and debugging robotic software systems\n\nExperience with the ROS ecosystem\n\nSolid Linux proficiency and fluency with Git or similar version control\n\nProgramming skills in C++ and Python\n\nWillingness to travel to customer sites, including domestically and internationally depending on project needs\n\nValid US driver's license\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States\n\nAdditional Beneficial Skills\nHands-on mechanical or electronics experience (hardware assembly, basic soldering)\n\nExperience with communication protocols such as CAN\n\nPrevious customer project or technical project management experience\n\nPractical experience repairing vehicles, machinery, bicycles, or electronics\n\nExperience operating or working with construction or agricultural machinery\n\nLocation & Travel\nThis role is US-based with frequent travel to deployment sites across the Americas.
