The possibilities are endless - be a part of the revolution!\nThe Role & Why It Exists\nAs a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be part of a Platform Team dedicated to making Gravitee's products best in class in terms of both product and infrastructure. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers Gravitee's platform, while also supporting our customers with exceptional technical expertise.\nThis is a hands-on, critical role in our organization. The right candidate will enjoy problem solving in a highly specialized and technical way - from delivering production-ready Kubernetes-based environments to investigating complex customer issues.\nAs Gravitee expands into AI Agent Management, the Platform team plays a critical role in ensuring our infrastructure can support AI workloads, agent orchestration, and the demanding performance requirements of real-time AI gateway operations.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nParticipate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments that support AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads\n\nDeliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments - not just POCs\n\nAssist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with our products\n\nWork with other team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features\n\nShare your knowledge (tech and non-tech) during internal Gravitee TechTalks\n\nLead investigation of support tickets and work collaboratively to resolve customer issues\n\nCreate knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases\n\nBe innovative within the team to help improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations\n\nAI & Automation Mindset\nAt Gravitee, we see AI as a force multiplier for engineers, not a replacement for solid engineering fundamentals. We expect you to:\nBe open and proactive in using AI-assisted tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, troubleshooting aids, automation helpers) to accelerate day-to-day work\n\nUse AI thoughtfully to improve existing processes, reduce manual toil, and increase reliability in operations and support workflows\n\nExperiment with AI-driven approaches to problem solving, documentation, and incident analysis, while maintaining a strong critical mindset\n\nUnderstand the limits of AI tools and apply engineering judgment to validate, refine, and productionize outcomes\n\nContribute ideas on how AI can be safely and effectively integrated into our platform, infrastructure, and internal tooling\n\nAI at Gravitee is not about shortcuts - it is about working smarter, faster, and more sustainably at scale.\nEssential Skills\nThe right candidate will possess at least the following skills:\n5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management\n\nFluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation\n\nExperience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt)\n\nExperience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts)\n\nCloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)\n\nObservability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)\n\nCuriosity and commitment to continuous learning\n\nPatient, resilient problem-solver with great attention to detail\n\nDesired Skills\nAdditionally, these skills are not required but preferable:\nExperience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and GPU workload orchestration\n\nExperience supporting AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure\n\nKnowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns\n\nCore Values\nAt Gravitee, we believe strongly in living our core values as a team and as a company.
