Martinez scaled his own HFT system to $30M+/month on his own capital.\nAs a Founding SDR, you'll help us execute and build our GTM playbooks as we start scaling up our success with winning and onboarding enterprise advertisers.\nWhat you'll do here\nResearch and break into strategic advertiser accounts.\n\nIdentify decision-makers across growth, performance marketing, partnerships, and advertising.\n\nBuild thoughtful outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and whatever else works.\n\nBook qualified meetings with companies that belong on Gravity.\n\nConstantly test new messaging, new channels, and new ideas.\n\nKeep our CRM organized and our pipeline healthy.\n\nHelp build the outbound playbook that future sales hires will use.\n\nMake decisions quickly without waiting for someone else to tell you what to do.\n\nWhat you bring to the table\nYou hate losing.\n\nYou move quickly.\n\nYou ask great questions.\n\nYou're
