At Gray, you’ll find a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\n“Personal growth precedes Gray’s growth.” - Stephen Gray, President & CEO, Gray, Inc.\nWhat We Expect\nEnforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations.\nReinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company.\nEnsure that appropriate safety records are maintained.\nEnsure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion.\nInvestigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required.\nAssist Site Manager in administrative counseling to team members and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements.\nHold safety meetings/jobsite review as part of coordination meetings.\nResponsible for conducting daily safety meetings.\nResponsible for conducting orientation and jobsite specific training.\nResponsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nQualifications\nWho We Want\nBachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.\nOSHA 30 Hour card.\nExperience in an industrial construction environment is highly preferred.\nDemonstrated knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.\nBasic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite programs.\nAbility to communicate well both verbally and in writing.\nShould be an energetic, self-motivated individual who has a passion for collaboration and professional development.\nVisa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
