Made up of multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and project managers, these collaborative teams work every day to provide unique, customized solutions for our customers.\nIt’s the spirit of our people - the passion, commitment, and a great team environment - that makes our company a great place to work.\nWho we want…\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology\nProfessional Engineering (PE) License required.\n15+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.\nAdvanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and other relevant design and modeling software.\nAdvanced proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar).\nProven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.\nDemonstrated success in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships.\nStrong business acumen with experience in budgeting, proposal development, client engagement, and strategic planning.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to foster collaboration across departments.\nStrategic thinker with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nSelf-directed leader capable of driving initiatives from concept through execution.\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time\nQualifications\nWhat we expect… (Essential Functions)\nProvide strategic leadership for the electrical engineering discipline, aligning team capabilities with business goals and market demands.\nOversee the technical execution, quality assurance, and delivery of electrical engineering services across all project phases.\nLead and mentor engineering managers, senior engineers, and design staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions, coordinating with architectural, structural, mechanical, and automation teams.\nDrive process optimization, including QA/QC standards, technology adoption, and documentation workflows.Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy, client presentations, and relationship management.\nLead resource planning, hiring strategy, and succession planning for the electrical engineering team.\nEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all engineering activities.\nOther strategic duties as assigned.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
