This role is responsible for overseeing commissioning teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and delivering fully validated electrical, mechanical, and controls systems within hyperscale and mission-critical data center environments.\n General Job Duties:\nLead all on-site commissioning activities from pre-functional testing through integrated systems testing and final project turnover. \nDirect and coordinate Site Leads, Commissioning Engineers, and Engineering Technicians. \nServe as the primary on-site commissioning representative for clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. \nMaintain commissioning schedules, milestones, resource planning, and risk mitigation activities.\nProvide technical leadership during startup, checkout, functional testing, and integrated systems testing (IST). \nOversee commissioning efforts for electrical systems including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, ATS equipment, PDUs, and RPPs. \nManage commissioning activities for mechanical systems including chillers, cooling plants, pumps, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, and HVAC controls.\nSupport commissioning and validation of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), PLC controls, and integrated networked systems. \nEnsure proper execution and documentation of point-to-point verification, functional testing, deficiency tracking, and corrective actions. \nPromote and enforce safety compliance including OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and arc flash safety requirements.\nReview and approve commissioning documentation, test scripts, reports, turnover packages, and client deliverables.\nMentor and develop commissioning engineers and technicians through technical guidance and field leadership. \nProvide regular updates regarding commissioning progress, schedule status, resource needs, and project risks. \nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:\nAssociate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automation, or a related technical discipline;
