This player/coach role combines people leadership with advanced controls engineering expertise to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and team development. \nGeneral Job Duties:\nLead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Controls Systems Engineers, Technicians, and Specialists. \nConduct performance reviews, establish development goals, and support career growth for assigned team members. \nExecute BAS projects while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. \nDeliver controls engineering, commissioning, PLC programming, and SCADA integration services. \nPerform onsite troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and technical support activities. \nPartner with project management, engineering, commissioning, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution. \nDrive client satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycles. \nSupport resource planning, utilization management, and scheduling for assigned team members. \nAssist with the development of controls standards, best practices, and team processes. \nParticipate in pre-sales activities including project scoping, bill of materials development, and proposal support. \nSupport recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities as assigned. \nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field;
