This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes while supporting team performance and business growth.\n General Job Duties:\nLead all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and within scope\nServe as the main client liaison and primary point of contact for all project communications\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and managing expectations\nManage project scope, schedules, resources, financials, and change orders\nEnsure projects meet or exceed Quoted Gross Margin (QGM) targets\nSchedule and manage project resources up to 20 weeks in advance\nPrepare and maintain project documentation (budgets, schedules, reports, meeting notes)\nIdentify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and escalation paths\nCollaborate with technical teams to define tasks and execution strategies\nOversee subcontractors and third-party resources as needed\nEnsure contractual obligations and documentation are met throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport sales efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and participating in client engagements\nDrive operational improvements, cost savings, and process efficiencies\nRepresent GrayMatter at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as needed\nThis role is located onsite with requested 20% -
