It’s the spirit of our people - the passion, commitment, and a great team environment - that makes our company a great place to work.\nVisa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWho we want…\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on process systems.\nExperience: Demonstrated experience in detailed process design for food and beverage processing lines.\nTechnical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.\nLicenses: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; PE license is a plus.\nTravel Requirements: Travel required for site audits, installations, and customer meetings as per project needs.\nPhysical Demands: Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Exposure to variable conditions during site visits.\nQualifications\nWhat we expect…\nTechnical Leadership: Lead complex process design efforts, applying advanced engineering concepts to develop process systems for food and beverage applications.\nProject Execution: Execute the full scope of project work, including design, budgeting, implementation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of processing systems.\nCollaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned and executed successfully.\nContinuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices to enhance engineering quality and project deliverables.\nCommissioning and Support: Provide support for on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational optimization to ensure system performance meets design specifications.\nDocumentation & Reporting: Develop technical documentation, including equipment lists, flow diagrams, and process narratives.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
