Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nWhat we expect… (Essential Functions)\nThrough coordination with the Project Manager/Site Manager, directs activities and coordinates the day-to-day quality control system and procedures for the company, from project start up to completion.\n\nAttend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned in the presence of subcontractors and manufacturers.\n\nManage daily activities of the quality control program.\n\nTrain team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution pertaining to the program use.\n\nPerform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database, assist in the support and maintenance of database program and assist in the implementation and audits the effectiveness of the quality program.\n\nEnsure the quality program provides a fair and effective monitoring of the overall quality of the organization on a regular and timely basis.\n\nAccumulate data from the quality control program for company utilization (for marketing, training, and areas of improvement/best practices).\n\nConduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place and report findings to the QMS System Manager.\n\nWork with Project Managers, Site Managers and Design Managers to ensure the quality performance and installation of materials.\n\nWork with the Service Team Manager for incorporating checklist items into QMS System based on warranty callback items.\n\nMay be required to temporarily monitor projects while others are away from the job and help to provide coverage on jobsites from time to time.\n\nEstablish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance with industry and company standards.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
