Equivalent accelerated experience will be considered.\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong experience with MS Office Suite. Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, CxAlloy, and AutoCAD is preferred.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation development, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.\n Licenses: PE licensure preferred, but not required. Lean Manufacturing certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.\nTravel Requirements: Travel required for site audits, installations, and customer meetings, varying based on project needs.\nPhysical Demands: Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Exposure to variable conditions during site visits.\nQualifications\nWhat we expect…\nTechnical Leadership: Act as the technical lead on projects, applying advanced engineering concepts to develop process systems across a range of industrial and manufacturing applications.\nProject Execution: Execute the full scope of project work, including process design, budgeting, implementation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of processing systems.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Lead discussions and planning sessions with stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance engineering quality and project deliverables. Lead knowledge-sharing groups and best practice initiatives.\nCommissioning and Support: Take a lead role in on-site support and commissioning activities, including planning and facilitating complex commissioning processes.\nBusiness Development: Support business growth by contributing technical expertise in proposals and developing professional relationships to expand client networks\nDocumentation & Reporting: Develop detailed technical documentation, including equipment lists, flow diagrams, process narratives, and project reports.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
